  Food was good. Service not so good. We got one menue. Had to ask for another one. Our waitress Emily was non-existent. We waited for service while the bartenders watched the game. Tis is New Year's Eve! Not to many in the place, but we could have had better service. Not a Manager in sight. Just a bad experience.

  Service was fine but the food was absolutely awful. You would hope that a Buffalo Wild Wings would at least do wings well, but nope. These were the driest, most desiccated wings I have ever had the displeasure of eating. They tasted like they had been cooked hours before and just left out all day. They were barely above room temperature when served. The sauce was pretty disappointing too. I ordered the Thai curry since it was at the hotter end of their sauce chart, but it was barely mild and not very flavorful. I don't usually review restaurants, but I had to warn other people away from this place. Life's too short to eat terrible wings. Edit: in regards to BWW's reply, there is no "Reach Out" link on their webpage when visited in Firefox or Edge browsers. I finally found it when using Chrome browser, so if you don't use Chrome, you can't even leave them feedback online. Really batting zero here, guys.

  Came in on November 21st and received wonderful service, from the meal to the staff. The waiter even upsold the dessert. We were so pleased, we gave him a very nice tip! Since the service and food was so good, my wife and I came back on December 5th, around 7:40pm. The service we received was horrible. You seemed to be somewhat short-staffed. We were not happy at all; the service was nothing like it was the first time. Before getting a table, we used the restrooms, which were not tidy at all. There were no paper towels to dry your hands. Once out of the restroom, it took some time to be seated, but there was no one waiting in front of us. The hostess that sat us was kinda rude. When we got to our seats, it took the server at least ten minutes to ask if we wanted a drink and what we wanted to order. All while sitting next to a dirty table of dishes. The smell of the leftover food from that table made us sick at the stomach. It took them at least twenty minutes to fully clean the dirty table next to us. The server was rushing us to order and we had to repeat our order several times. At this point we wanted to say we changed our minds and was about to leave. When she brought our drinks to the table, she slammed my wife's drink down so hard until it made soda spill out. So at this point, my wife is boiling and holding back her words!!! Finally got the food, hamburgers and tater tots were hot. My wife's fries were not hot. What you have to understand is that we were looking forward to getting the same service as last time!!! The whole time we were eating, the server passed our table several times and did not bother to ask if we needed anything and did not ask if our order was okay. She did not up sell the dessert as the last server did. That's missing money for the establishment. The servers were cleaning tables and were not able to attend to their customers. We would have received better service at Burger King. They were seen grouped up talking amongst each other and not attending to the customers. Just a little bit of effort would have made a difference!! Since the server's service was so unprofessional, we decided not to order dessert or leave a tip. We paid with cash and when she brought our change back, it was short by .85, so I guess she give herself a tip. Her service was even worth .85. We will definitely NOT be coming back to your location and tell others about the service we received. Your staff needs better training if you plan on being successful. If we could give less than a one star, we would!!!!
