They could've called me and told me before I even wasted time driving down there. Nowhere did it say California stores only plus they told me that I had to try and get a refund through the app since I did it online. That makes no sense in the slightest, there isn't even an option for a refund in the app. They seemed like they just didn't care to help at all. Haven't been to a Baskin in a while and now I know why I can't come back again. I'd give it a zero or negative stars if I could.

We left right after ordering to get away from the smell. There was not any outdoor seating. There are only 3 non-dairy options: cookies and cream, lemon sorbet and daiquiri sorbet. Prices are very expensive. Would love to see more vegan options and less chemical smells. The staff was very nice.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
