The Barro’s Pizza recipe comes from Grandma Angelina Barro who came from Italy in the 1930’s, providing a pizza unlike any other. People may disagree on whether it's the thick crust with its light, flakey texture, which almost melts in your mouth, or the wonderful spiced sauce that is the secret of this great tasting pizza. Barro’s Pizza also provides wings, salads, sandwiches, pastas, gluten-free pizza options, dessert, beer and wine.
Several customers reported inconsistent service, including long wait times and incorrect orders.

Got delivery. Woman on the phone wasn't outright rude but definitely wasn't patient. The pizza was pretty good, but the wings were absolutely dreadful. Extremely tough and dry, they looked and tasted horrible. The salad was a salad, nothing special. A good deal, put , judging by the fact that you get two things with this deal , I would have expected to actually get some decent wings with the money I spent. The fact that I paid a decent amount of money it's a little disheartening that half the meal was pretty much inedible

I regularly (multiple times a week) come to this location on my lunch, for the last 3 weeks I have had to wait for slices (which is fine) However, the last 3 times I've been over charged and thought maybe prices went up until I noticed today she rung the order up wrong. When I mentioned I believe this has happened multiple times now she condescendingly replied (also not the first time I've gotten attitude from her, she always seems displeased with her job) "That's what the screen is for" and that her accuracy is my job to proof! ... Furthermore, I've ordered a kidsmeal almost every week for the last 4 weeks and today was the first time I received a drink. I just assumed it didn't come with one.
Honestly, the mistakes don't bother me it's the customer service or lack there of by one particular employee up front.

Always run out of pizza for the lunch specials. Would be nice if they could make more when there is still time left.

It really seems like the quality of food and the service here has gone down quite a bit. It seems like the last few times that we've been there there's always an issue with our order or it takes forever. And the pizza has just been very skimpy. Or the toppings rather. The last two times we've even had a piece of pizza that didn't have really any toppings on it. It seems like when they serve up a pizza that they would notice something like that. They have great tasting food here I just really think that it's more the attention to the food has gone down more than the quality of the food. I'm really sad to see this happen because we used to go there quite a bit. But now it seems like we're pretty much avoiding it for the most part. It was our go-to for many years. Always felt very comfortable inside the service was pretty decent and I really missed the food the way it used to be. Hopefully things will change their but until it does I think we're going to be looking for other places to go for pizza.
