They appeared to be Hispanic, and immediately upon my arrival, all personnel seemed to disappear without acknowledging my presence. I waited for approximately five to ten minutes, during which no staff member acknowledged me, although they observed me without saying anything. This situation persisted until a female employee returned from the restroom, at which point they directed their attention to her. I must express that, regardless of the demographic or racial background of the staff, it is unprofessional and unacceptable to ignore a customer who is waiting after being served just moments prior. Such behavior reflects bias and is deeply disappointing. I waited without acknowledgment, then proceeded to call the restaurant from my vehicle to confirm their hours of operation, to my surprise, they answered the phone while I was still waiting in line. However, they did not acknowledge my presence during this interaction. This experience has compelled me to conclude that such treatment, particularly toward individuals of different races or language backgrounds, is disrespectful and unprofessional. I sincerely hope that improvements are made to ensure respectful and equitable treatment for all customers.
