- HLHey Lugo1 day ago2.0Terrible customer service. The bagels were served cold, they didn’t even bother to warm them up, even though I arrived an hour before closing. The staff seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping. I ordered a chorizo sunrise, and one employee asked the other, ‘Do we have chorizo?’ She replied, ‘No.’ When I said ‘That’s okay’ and was about to leave, the other employee said, ‘Don’t worry, I’ll cook it.’ So you’re telling me that if she hadn’t felt like making it, I would’ve just left empty-handed? To top it off, when we said goodbye and thanked them, they didn’t even respond or acknowledge us
