  They messed up my husband's order so he had to go back and get it fixed. Otherwise the service was great. They were very polite and greeted us at the door but this is some of the worst coffee I have ever had so I would recommend if you're getting Get your coffee from somewhere else. The hot coffee was super bitter and tasted burnt. They don't have any flavors to add to it. So the coffee is the only flavor. Even the iced coffee my husband got wasn't mixed very well and you could see the drink separating if he stops stirring it. My husband said the iced coffee tasted like army mud and if you are veteran you know what this means. There's also nowhere to sit so it's just to go Einstein bagels which is why it was irritating to have to get my husband's sandwich fixed because we had to walk somewhere to find seats. The reason I gave them three stars is because of their coffee. Was that bad that I would only give them three stars and they messed up my husband's sandwich? It was also first thing in the morning so there's no telling how the coffee would taste throughout the day if it was that bad first thing.

  Perhaps the worst bagel i’ve ever had in my life. No need to go ace hardware for a hammer this bagel was so burnt and rock hard it’ll the do the trick! How do you even allow to put this in a bag to serve this to someone? You see product like this and allow it to leave your store and serve to someone? Absolutely the WORST thing i’ve ever seen, TERRIBLE DONT COME HERE!!! STAY CLEAR!!!!

  I placed an online order for pick up. Pregnancy cravings and this dang jalapeño cheddar mmmm so good. I was so excited:( this is the bagel I received….. it looks like a cracker:( so disappointing

  My first time trying this Einstein's in the new neighborhood. I had to place an online order for a client and I arrived early but my order was ready to go. I ordered a bagel for myself as well and the staff was so wonderful. I ended up having a free one so that was a good start to the morning. The toast on my bagel was perfect and the store wasn't too busy . Will definitely be back to this location
