Disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen tonight. We ordered a small s’mores blizzard, a small lemonade cooler, and a large cup of water. When we got up to the window the employee, Avalon (according to the receipt), read our order back and we had been rung up for a medium lemonade cooler. We corrected her and she said “oh yes, we made a small” and proceeded to “fix” the size on the POS system. She then came back and gave us our “new” total which was the same as before. I thought it was very pricey but assumed that since it was a newer item that we had never tried, it must be a little more expensive. She takes our payment and I ask for a receipt and she proceeds to say yes but then hands me everything but the receipt. I ask again as she attempts to close the window and she hesitantly hands it to me, then quickly closes the window. Upon reviewing the receipt we find that not only were we still charged for a medium lemonade cooler, but 3 dollars for a large CUP of water. The employee was rude, dismissive, and overcharged us.

The front register girl Forgot about me and my order for 10 minutes and then asked me again what my order and name was. It was 1 blizzard. No apology and then the blizzard was not turned upside down because it would have fallen on the ground. Worst experience ever at DQ. The owners should be ashamed of the people the employ here.
The manager or person that seemed in charge was kicking boxes in frustration saying “I love my job” and then when the soft serve machine was “popping” and spitting out liquid not ice cream (as if it needed mix added) the person ignored it and told the employees to use the bad machine for blizzards and the working one for ice cream cones…
I hope the employees working read these comments.
How do I get a refund on the $8 large blizzard that was horrible?

Just left the drive thru. Horrible customer service. Had the wrong Sunday, they fixed but never said a word to us. Blizzards were never turned upside down, if they had they would have ended up on the floor.
Someone needs to teach customer service. Last visit here for sure.

Not only does the customer service leave much to be desired….. all of our blizzards were basically soup. Overflowing blizzard soup. Maybe check the attitudes and the freezer temp.

Food is exceptional as always, blizzards come out speedy. Though the service differs on certain days. Somedays, the same people will be nice and great, other days they're absolutely pissy and look upset. It's a bipolar place but they're good people!
