  Woman working the register at 7 pm on March 27 did not look at one customer, yawned in our faces, literally wasn’t even facing the customers, had her face directly pointed at her manager that she couldn’t stop flirting with. Terrible customer service, I don’t mind the talking and yawning the very least she could’ve done was say the total and “have a nice day.” Couldn’t even cough that up, I guess.

  Still one of the most disgusting Chipotle stores I have ever been to!!!! Makes me so mad because I love chipotle but it’s always a disappointment when coming to this store. Chipotle really really needs to look into the management running this place and turn their brand back around because they are giving it a bad reputation. Employees here will slap the food into your bowl with all the disrespect in their bodies probably because they hate working her or at this location.

  I ordered Chipotle from this location TWICE today. I ordered a burrito bowl with double steak and pinto beans no rice. There was NOTHING else that was supposed to be in it. Steak and pinto beans. I was starving and when I opened up my food it was double steak and rice. I went to Grub Hub and they said they would refund my money so I went ahead and ordered again, thinking, surely, they can get two ingredients right the second time. Got my food (I work on the 12th floor of an office building and have to have my food dropped in the lobby so I can't check it when they drop it off) this time it was SINGLE STEAK AND WHITE RICE. Then when I tried to call them their AI phone operator said they couldn't help me with "partner orders". Im not sure why because GrubHub didn't make my order and screw it up twice Chipotle did.

  Employees love to replace items you order with stuff they see fit even if it’s an allergen in a delivery order! Don’t understand why they feel privileged enough to decide what my partner eats when we ordered and paid insane delivery prices for! Please think of others and not the most convenient thing for you to make workers!!

  Every time I come here, the portion sizes are so small I end up going to another Chipotle location. The staff is awesome, but the manager is terrible. He’s always telling employees things like “go easy on the rice” or “go easy on the chicken,” which feels like they’re trying to cut down the portions. Just give customers the amount they’re supposed to get. The only reason I come to this location is because it’s somewhat walkable from ASU.
