  I have not had a single fry from this box. It came this empty and this is not the first time. I guess I should consider a medium fry and small and a larger fry and medium from now on when I come to this place. Love paying almost $5 for the workers to barely put anything in it.

  Was given the wrong persons order in a bag with my order and name on it. Didn’t realize till I got home. Came back, waited in line and they replaced the messed up order without any compensation and missed parts of the order on second try. No explanation and a half hearted apology. Had to wait a long time to be helped. No comp, refund, or coupons offered. Manager Shawn was responsible for packing my order, but didn’t come to speak to me and when asked by workers he did not provide any compensation. Some of the workers tried to be helpful but it took a long time because other customers came to complain about long waits. Extremely disappointed.

  I have been coming here since it opened. This location is prime for lunch break at work. The last few months, the service levels have dropped significantly. Longer wait times, no attention to customers at the take out window. Not sure what’s causing this but today I used my entire 30 min lunch break waiting for my food at the take out. I used the app out of convenience & time efficiency, obviously. Placed the order at 2:12, drove 10 mins to get my food, waited another 29 at the takeout. The line grew to 5 people and not one of us was greeted or checked on. I had to yell in the window to get a worker’s attention. Come to find out my food had been sitting there for minutes. Unbelievable and inexcusable. Won’t be coming back for awhile if ever to this location.

  Tasty food, highest recommendation to the chick fil a sauce of course... Unfortunately, the store is a little understaffed so you have to expect some delay. Beverages are filled by staff, but refull is free. Nice restaurant interior compared to other fast food chains.

  I have been to chick fil a million times and this one specifically multiple times and can confirm that it’s food is bottom of the barrel for chick-fil-a. Everything ordered has never been fresh. Today when I got my food, I asked them to remake it because it wasn’t fresh and what they “remade” also wasn’t fresh. It too had been cooked horribly. It’s like it’s been sitting out and rotting for years and now it’s being handed to me. In the 1-2 times I’ve been it’s been fresh and I’ve walked away satisfied it has cost me three times as much to get there by going back repeatedly. Take your fast food money to the one down the street because this place going to make you waste it on questionable food.
