- KKK2 days ago1.0I had the worst mobile thru experience ever. Two lines of drive-through cars had been served yet, and I was still waiting for over 30 minutes. Even the worker responsible for handing orders asked me twice for my name and order twice, even though I scanned the code. I tried to give them a chance, but I’m not coming back here ever.
- NSNicole Smith5 days ago1.0I don't even want to give a star but to leave this review I had to. Came to this chick fi la to get my son some breakfast before school. He just got shots so I was giving him a treat for being a big boy. We pulled through the drive thru cause there was no one in the line. Came to the box and waited maybe 30 sec or long enough to feel like we are waiting a min. My friend spoke and said Hello to get the attention of the person to take our order. Here come Precious " One sec please" in a rude condescending way. Not even a "Hi I am sorry but can you give me one sec". Talking to us like we are bothering her. Then she comes back on and says what can I get you. She needs more training for drive thru. I really hope Cooper the manager talks to her because that is not Chick fi la protocol. The girl didn't even say my pleasure. Cooper did give us our food for free and thank you so much.
