    If I could give 0 stars I would. The restaurant was empty and only 1 car was in the drive thru in front of me. The food took 20 minutes to get to me. I was missing food, the food wasn't hot, the fries were soggy. The man who brought out my food was rude, didnt speak to me or anything. Just gave the food to me turned and walked away. Had to go back to get the food I did not get. Then, after looking at my receipt I realized I was missing more food and had to go back a 2nd time to get it. No one apologized about the food. They did get the food for me but no apology, no contact with a manager to say anything about the food order not being correct and it wasn't busy at all! I spent $50 on dinner for my family and the order was not right, the food was horrible and the service was awful! Like I said, if I could give 0 stars I would.

    Went through the drive through tonight and the subpar ai trying to take the order was so frustrating after repeating myself 3 times over 2 to 3 minutes that I honked the horn frustrated. I was then met by a voice chastising me and telling me not to be disrespectful. I said excuse me? Did you really just say that to me? No answer, they turned the AI back on. So I went inside and asked the girl Chantel if she was the one that was on the drive thru. She said "yeah and?" I asked if she felt it was appropriate to talk to a customer that way when I was frustrated with the company using their customers as trainers for their crappy AI. She told me that I was being disrespectful by honking and then she called me an idiot. I was blown away. I asked to speak to a manager whome she told me was on break. I said I'd wait and she told me fine you can do whatever you want I don't care. I then waited while she walked behind the rack and proceeded to loudly talk crap about me so the whole restaurant could hear. 2 other customers approached me and apologized and left. I've never felt so out down and disrespected as a customer in my life. I can not believe this girl has a job in customer service. She was the rudest worker I have ever interacted with. I wasn't yelling, I didn't cuss she just chose to treat me like dirt. When the manager came in she had heard me honk and came in with an attitude. She immediately started defending their AI when I redirected the conversation to the fact that at this point the issue I have is the way I was treated. She said yeah fine I'll take care of it sorry. That was it. I left upset and can't imagine I'll ever be back. I doubt she'll do anything about it. This store and the employees need serious training or likely a complete wipe and rehiring. While 2 workers made fun of me the other girl walked around with a smirk on her face. Then the manager did nothing to diffuse. Disgusting experience. And I was actually excited to see potato cakes were back. Thought I might have another fast food place to stop at again Your response is laughable. I emailed this same thing to your corporate office and requested to be contacted and haven't heard back. You really see to care.... Sure

    Don’t order on the app. It doesn’t get sent to them immediately and they didn’t start making my order til 20 min after I placed it and 10 min after I showed up. Would be much faster to just go and order in person

    The food is good the people are great but they started using thee most frustrating ai to take your order OMGSH it’s like yelling at the robot on customer service lines that can’t understand you I HATE IT. LET ME ORDER FROM A HUMAN PLEASE!!!
