  Pulled into the drive thru about 1:20, first in line. Ordered chicken tenders and two sodas. Twenty minutes later there are a half dozen cars behind me so i flag down a car hop delivering an order just behind me to ask if I could have my order. About two minutes later some guy finally came to open the window and said it would be another two or so minutes for the food. I informed him I am late and I have to go. He did not care, but I had to be in SL. I left because I could not wait anymore. I already paid and the guy at the window did not even offer me a refund. Enjoy your $20 sodas, I guess Not sure why they did not put my order down at the time of order when there were no other customers but me. Side question: is this worth a small claims court? I paid in cash and they did not give me a receipt.😟. Great business you got there Taylor Sonic. PS I hadn’t eaten yet all day, so adding insult to injury.

  Location consistently gets order wrong. Forget using the app because they don't look at your order anyways.
