I am super upset to write this review because I seriously love the franchise, but this location is by far the worst in terms of food safety. I witnessed an employee handle currency, went immediately to go make food without changing gloves, and then proceeded to drop food on a dirty counter to put right back in the food!! The last time I came here both my husband and I got violently sick after eating! We refuse to come back to this location unless these people start doing better on food safety!

Food is prepped without consideration for presentation. I understand it called "fastfood", but you should still take pride in the quality of your work. Instead, they fold a burrito into the shape of a taco, leaving one or both ends open for it's contents to slide and drip from the opposite end of wherever you attempt to tackle this mess. Management shows little-to-zero concern for quality control and proper training. Take your chances if you must, even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while, but it's not worth the headache and disappointment that comes from ordering food from this establishment.

There are 4 students in here waiting for their food, and they are talking about getting a refund to be able to make it back to school on time. This is stupid ridiculous.
