  The food was good, but I was a little annoyed. Everyone who ordered in person got a receipt to participate in a survey for free ranch, but we ordered through the app and didn't receive one. When I asked about the deal on the app and if I could order it in person or if I had to do it on the app, they all looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about. Their tone felt mocking, and it definitely made me uncomfortable and embarrassed. The store was surprisingly cold, and I usually don't feel the cold much. However, it was unbearable, so we had no choice but to dine in.

  Went to order food and while waiting I was listening to the kitchen crew cursing and yelling with children in the lobby with no regard at all and after waiting I decided to leave because it seemed like they would rather talk than anything else

  The Manager, Katie O. was beyond disrespectful. After my UberEats order was stolen by the driver, the manager refused to remake my order, with the request of me paying for it over the phone. After I suggested that I pick up the order instead, she still refused to make the order because I couldn't pay over the phone and had to go to the location to make the payment before they started to prepare the order. Their process is backwards and 1 am thoroughly disappointed.

  I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time it is a great experience. It’s easy to order online and pick up is always within the timeframe quoted. My favorite thing about this location is the staff is always friendly and the fries are always perfect. The problem I’ve found with so many Wingstop‘s in the past is the fries are always old or brown and overcooked. This location always has perfectly golden fries and to me that is very important!

  Went in the other night and witnessed the lady behind the counter being very rude to a doordasher the place was busy and had a lot of people standing in the door area he came in and stepped to the side as he was stepping I could hear the lady being rude saying that somebody else was here first when he didn’t appear to be trying to get in the line per say I just thought that was very rude and uncalled for if you guys have people like that working for you then I will not be coming back that could have been me and my family being treated that way I hope he left a bad review as well they deserve it
