- KVKiersten VogelApr 5, 20262.0I would not recommend. I designed and ordered my personalized cake the Monday before our event and scheduled the pickup the following Friday. On Thursday at 6:30AM they called me and said they could not do my cake due to the picture that I uploaded being copyrighted. I asked if I should upload a different picture. They said they had a picture they could use in its place. The following morning at 6:15AM (I was supposed to pickup the cake at 7AM) they called again and asked me if I was going to upload a picture. Obviously there was no time to do this, so we had to settle with a generic cake design, which we were unhappy with. I explained the situation to the manager, who gave me a $2.00 discount on the cake. She did not seem empathetic one bit.

So glad they decided to invest more into self-service machines. If I wanted to be the cashier, I would have applied for the position. I was in and out of Fry's a lot faster.
