  Went to the drive thru to order 2 for 6 fillet fish and nuggets the girl taking order was very rude. Don’t work in a fast food restaurant if you don’t have the appropriate attitude and does not understand the meaning of “customer service”. Never coming back again to this branch. Left without completing my order I can go somewhere else where I don’t have to deal with staff rudeness.

  I have had some poor service at McDonald’s in the past. This place takes the cake. From the male employee taking payment who could barely grunt out anything or even speak in human. To the female server who got my order wrong three times and was obviously angry. When you ask for sweet-and-sour and she gives you ranch and you ask for a Diet Coke and she gives you a Coke. That’s her fault not mine. Not a whim of Customer Service amongst them. We won’t spend any money at this location again.

  Pretty lousy experience all around today. First my coworker got us some lunch and they forgot the fries, not the biggest thing but when I went there to get some more food things did not get any better. I sat there at one of the two drive-thru lanes of ignored, as car after car after car placed their orders and proceeded as I was sitting there in the other drive thru, fourcars in a row. I was finally able to get somebody on the speaker and after she took half my order she disappeared for several minutes to do who knows what. When she finally came back I let her know that they forgot the fries on an order a short time earlier and she had to go get her manager who then said that she couldn't do anything unless I had the receipt. I said okay to that at which point she then said if I'd like to order something, amazed at their combined incompetence, I said no cancel my order and left to somewhere with better service right across the bridge - Chick-fil-A.

  Well I think one star is a little high for this place but here goes I stopped here for the very first time I've lived in surprise for 20 years and I refuse to go to the McDonald's on Grand Avenue because it is always been bad but anyway I stopped here Sunday Sunday at 5:30 there was only one car in the parking lot and none of the drive-thru so I go in the drive through with my wife we order and pull up to the window I expected it to take a little while because we ordered some apple pies we waited about 12 minutes in the Drive-Thru and then they asked us to pull around and Park because the pies were taking long time in other words they forgot to cook them so we pulled around and waited another six or seven minutes and I had had enough so I went inside and said I wanted a refund this was ridiculous we're 20 minutes into this order time and they said the pies take a while and I said know you forgot to put the pies down we're 20 minutes into this so then they had problems getting the refund figured out so by this time the pies were ready and of course the other food had been sitting there for 10 minutes against my better judgement I just took the food and left and as I expected it was cold and the fries looked like they'd been double-dipped absolutely horrible my first and last experience in this place I have had it with McDonald's overall bad service everywhere in my area and that goes for a lot of the fast food places in general in The Last 5 Years they all have gone downhill dramatically they really suck

  I had placed an order online. When I got there I went through the drive thru to get my order and was asked to wait in spot 1. I waited for maybe 5 minutes my order came out. Unfortunately my order was completely wrong. I was missing my 2 apple pies I drove back around to the drive thru and they were out of apple pies so they did give me 2 cookies, when I got home my burgers were made completely wrong and my fries were cold and soggy. I don’t complain about much however I had my mouth set for 2 cheeseburgers with lettuce and mayo added on instead I got MAC sauce on my burgers.
