  Horribly delayed ALL the time. It's bad. Every time I come for DD pickup the order is either not started or they are still working on it, seemingly endlessly. The pick-up window is always empty. The courier spots mean. They don't greet you and you stand there bewildered as to how to even make your presence known. I cannot see why people keep giving them their money or how they haven't been shut down. Do betterrrrr.

  This is insane… Drive through order number 1220 04/07/2026. Ticket made at 6:11 PM. It’s now 6:30 pm. I have seen 4 other cars before me get their food and go…. This location has been open for several months now… is there not enough good people to hire?

  I just moved out here and for this McDonald's to be pretty much brand-new, it has astonishingly bad burgers. What are you guys doing. Over seasoned every time and every single time I've been I received old dried out patties. Been there 4 times now and not one fresh burger and the fries are hit and miss but the burger is always a disgusting miss. I've lived down here for 3 months now and the ice cream machine has been broken the entire time. How does a brand new McDonald's not have ice cream for this long. Haha. The staff seems friendly but the food is so bad it's not normal. Something is seriously wrong with this place.

  It is worth the drive and the money and gas to go to literally any other McDonald's in the state. I'm not usually one that's going to go and leave a negative review on businesses especially fast food restaurants cuz let's be for real it's McDonald's, but it is consistently the worst McDonald's every single time I go. Last night I ordered on the mobile app waited in the Drive-Thru for 35 minutes. I got to the first window and the lady at the window told me she never received my mobile order number. They did it because they ask you for the number at the speaker. Ok cool whatever, not a big deal. We get our food and it's freaking cold. Like I don't understand if you're that busy why the fries are cold cuz they should be consistently coming out hot if you're that busy, am I wrong? Anyway, stopped by again today for a quick snack while I was busy running errands, again waited for about 30 minutes. I ordered my meal to be size medium but I guess she only rang up a medium drink, okay cool whatever. I get to the window for my order and they don't know where it's at, this time I ordered out the speaker and not on the mobile app LOL. I get my order look in the bag and I'm missing one of my sandwiches, fries and chicken nuggets once again are lukewarm at best. Pull around to the front go back inside because I would rather chew on glass then wait in that drive-thru again. And of course with these new modern McDonald's there's nobody at the counter, ever. I think I made eye contact with three people before someone finally came over to give me my sandwich. I was 2 seconds away from walking behind the counter myself and walking back there just to get someone's attention. This place sucks. And my burger for whatever reason had a weird pocket of pepper on the Patty LOL. It's comical at this point. I truly don't understand it I've worked in fast food before and it's really not that hard. Maybe McDonald's should quit overwhelming their staff with all the double drive-thrus cuz clearly it's too much.

  I hate that it's always a wait they make your food and leave it there why make the drinks first and place them there to sit untill you finally get to the order? I waited 45 minutes inside and only for my fries to be super cold and my food to be cold I hate coming here I miss the old McDonald's not the modern way of it now know one cares there too young to care
