This location is prime example of why McDonald’s employees make minimum wage…minimally skilled job and it is still to difficult for them. Customer service is terrible. Food is rarely warm. They never get the order correct. You will sit in the drive thru line forever.

Ordered on the app and pulled in and the food was out at my truck within 1 minute. The staff member that brought it out was nice and professional. Our customized order was correct and good for MCD fastfood. It hit the spot in a hurry. No issues they did their job and performed it well. Will stop by again.

As much as I dislike posting google reviews… this location is just ridiculously horrendous so I must announce this in an effort for the franchisee to see this. We go to this location often (too often) when we’re exhausted after a long day of work and don’t have the time to cook a meal and just something quick… that’s a key phrase. Let me said it again: when we want something QUICK. Well, with this location that doesn’t happen. They are the complete opposite of “fast” food. We have had several experiences in the past that have left me waiting in the drive through for 15-20 minutes with less than 3 other cars in line, but this most recent visit we did a curbside pickup for 2 happy meals. After waiting for 15 minutes in the parking spot (by the way, no one was in the drive through) I finally decided I had enough and went inside. I walked up to the counter and stood there for 4 MINUTES waiting for someone to acknowledge me. Finally, someone greeted me and I told them what my order was and she stepped in the back for about 15 seconds and handed me my meals. I got home (5minute drive) and they were cold. Awesome… Long story short, I could’ve driven to the location off Waddell and Cotton; ordered off the menu at the drive thru, drive home (12 minute drive) and ate my meal and it would’ve been hot when I got home all within the time it took to just GET my order at this location. It’s amazing to me that there is such a huge difference between 2 locations less than 5 miles from each other. It just goes to show the difference between franchisee owners and how they manage their business. This one? Poorly managed. Clearly.

If there were a national competition for disappointing French fries, the McDonald’s at this location would be a strong contender. Let’s start with the fries—because, for many of us, that’s the whole point. People rave about McDonald’s fries like they’re a universal constant, something you can count on anywhere in the country. I’ve had plenty, in plenty of places, and I can confidently say: these are the worst I’ve encountered. Consistently undercooked, cold, limp, and somehow still under-salted. It’s almost impressive how they manage to miss every mark at once. The chicken nuggets don’t fare much better. Instead of hot and crispy, they arrive hard and overdone—like they’ve been sitting in existential dread under a heat lamp for far too long. Ordering through the drive-thru or the app adds another layer to the experience: cold food and an order that’s more of a suggestion than a guarantee. Accuracy is…aspirational. And if you think giving feedback might help, think again. Calling in your concerns may result in being mailed gift cards—which, in a twist that feels almost performance art–level ironic, aren’t even valid at this location. So not only do you have a poor experience, but your “resolution” requires a road trip. At the end of the day, it’s clear this location will continue to do business—because it’s McDonald’s, and people will always show up. But that’s exactly why some level of consistency and accountability should exist. When the brand sets an expectation, it shouldn’t completely disappear at one address. Whoever owns or operates this location might want to take a closer look—not just at the fries, but at the bigger picture. Because right now, the only thing consistent here is the disappointment.

I placed an order for six sausage egg mcmuffins with no meat. I was given four egg mcmuffins and two mcgriddles. We never ordered mcgriddles. When we were given our order I told them at the window the order was wrong. The person at the window acknowledged our order was wrong! They took the bag back, we waited for an additional 5 minutes and they literally gave us the same bag back with the Mcgriddles! I called them and told them what they had done and tey asked did I want to come back in and correct the order! Not only is that an inconvenience, but all they had to do is correct the order when I was there!! This is a horrible Restaurant and I do not recommend it! Btw, this is not the only time this particular McDonald's has messed up on my order, needless to say will not be going back!!
