  Went to try the Big Arch, which is a double quarter pounder with similar toppings to Big Mac but with different but similar sauce and not American cheese. Was what I expected good but not great, was very poorly assembled so eating it was messy. Wouldn't order again.

  It's a McDonald's. But the staff does a good job, the seats are nice and clean, the food is warm and the ice cream machine is rarely down.

  First of all, I think removing the long counter and placing kiosks so close to the new 1/4 counters makes no sense. I have also observed through the years many stores struggling to handle the counter, the drive-thru, and the phone. Add to that online, app, delivery, etc., then do the math. For this location, this was maybe my 3rd time. I admit, the specials made me give them another try. The fish sandwiches used to be so very good. These, were about the size and quality of the boxed sandwiches at the "Dollar" stores. So sad. A simple request for plain, with tartar on the side threw them off completely. The double cheeseburger looked nothing like the picture and definitely did not taste like a $7 burger. Very flat and very tiny, and the two together did not fill the bun. I asked for no onions so they gave me no toppings whatsoever. If the fries get any skinnier, they will be the canned ones. They stay hot for only a minute, have too many brown and hard spots, and fall out of the bag. If McDonald's still had the any size for $1 drink special, then at least I would have gotten a complete meal for $15. All I can say is that the food was better than than their competitor who also has a fish special.

  We did need to ask for ketchup, however, it was given with no wait. I love their French fries as is!

  Ordered the new Big Arch burger. Asked for extra crispy onions as well as extra pickles. Burger came with hardly any of either and on top of that the bun was so stale and hard that every time I took a bite everything tried to squeeze out onto my lap. This burger is advertised with white American cheese and mine came with yellow. Disappointed to say the least.
