- EOErnie OrtizApr 3, 20261.0$84 order missing most of the food (80+ nuggets and fries). Confirmed it was correct before leaving. Waited 23 minutes for a manager (Simone) the next day just to be denied a refund. Was also told the store manager (Josue) was on vacation and wouldn’t be back for 2 weeks. Corporate then closed my case saying I didn’t respond, which is false. Had to go through my bank to get my money back. Didn’t know McDonald’s was in the business of taking people’s money like this. Poor service all around.

She gave me positive energy for my day, and I hope the manager at McDonald's will make her the supervisor in charge of employee and customer affairs and give her a financial bonus as encouragement for her pure, angelic manner, as beautiful as her smile. I will return here despite the distance, just to see the warm welcome and smile of this lovely and kind employee. I hope all employees across America will follow the example of this humble and beautiful girl. She's name Eliana
