  Haven’t dined in, only doodash- although its 20 min drive away, every time my food comes warm and high consistent quality. Also always adds extra cheese packets as requested! I’m vegetarian, so can’t vouch for the meat dishes, but I’ve taken a preference to Fazoli’s over even Olive Garden, honestly- food tastes way better. Definitely recommend!!!

  We are sitting TOTALLY STUCK in the drive through! We have been waiting in line for over a half hour. They don’t have a way out of line and won’t pull cars forward. We just want OUT!!! There are cars literally wrapped around the building and everyone is stuck here. NEVER AGAIN!

  Value Frazoli's was about a Fantastic taste and great value. Im glad there BACK.I would just ask if the portions could be just a bit bigger or if they're able to lower there prices by 2-1 dollars. I understand this is a business but portions were way smaller. I remember when I would get a bowl of and item long time ago. And I had not just a portion for lunch but leftovers for dinner. Still 5Stars :)

  So I would give them a four star as the food was pretty decent but today I realized that I picked up my online order through the drive thru and had selected cash but I forgot and apparently the girl at the window didn't realize it either and today I realized when I had more cash than I should have that I never paid so I called and talked to either Brendon and Brandon I can't remember exactly but I explained what happened and I asked if I could come and pay it today because when I worked at Pizza Hut we had that happen a couple times and then accounting fixed it but he very rudely said well that day is already closed so there's nothing you can do about it now although maybe they're different and can't it was the absolute attitude like I did something on purpose so I said I am so sorry I didn't mean to do it and his response was sure all sharp and short. I hung up because both I wanted to say was going to be nice. If I had done it on purpose I wouldn't have called back and I ordered it through my account so they have my contact number and nobody called to say hey you forgot to pay while I still could. I'm very displeased that this is the kind of person they have in a leadership position and representing their company. Really makes people not want to do the right thing and make sure to own when they've made a mistake. I personally won't be back. I just really hope it doesn't go back on the girl working.

  We went here after a long day at work to have the reminiscing of what we had back in the day 90’s. Well…. Weren’t we a-little disappointed.. the food was salty and the breadsticks. Don’t get me started on them. Ok you talked me into it, the breadsticks needed to be like they used to be , bigger.. I mean olive garden has better ones than Fazoli’s. The atmosphere was nice and cozy and wasn’t like we had back then but I understand it more modern for modern times. Overall if I needed to makeup for my salt deficiency, then I wouldn’t need Gatorade . Just go here and eat..
