  I ordered a "Luxe box that was supposedly supposed to come with 2 street chaluoas, a burrito and chips with cheese dip". My order received 1 street chalupa. I called once i realized this order was wrong. I asked for the manager and the woman/ girl said "speaking". I asked, could u gave your name please. She stated "we are not required to give that information out". I asked what the "luxe box was supposed to come with" she informed me of the above. I told her that mine came with only one street chalupa. She stated " i have no way of knowing manager i don't watch them get made or prepared" i told get again that i only have one. She said "please hold" then came back to the phone and said " i watched them prepare your box and both street chalupas were in there" 🤔🤔🤔🤔" didn't you just tell me that you don't watch what is prepared and given out" Obviously no help...." could I please have the store managers name" ? Renee was a VERY quick response then a hang up. Is this how Renee is teaching customer service? 🤔

  This was terrible food the worst I have ever had.i had a crunch wrap supreme I couldn’t find any meat it had lettuce and tomatoes a lot of sauce.My husband had a Mexican pizza had maybe a teaspoon of meat tasted terrible. Worst meal we have had at taco bell will never go back there.

  First off, Good luck. I hope your luck with this location is far better then mone. What really is the point of an preorder app if the food received is consistently incorrect? We're at the point of having to open each item just to make sure it was made properly when order? Ive had 4 consecutive incorrect orders and have been told it was ordered wrong on my end the last two times. Right....

  I thought the point of the drive through was for convenience, I was given the wrong order then had to go inside. Then once I got my correct order they couldn’t even bother to give me napkins. Customers service is nonexistent these days. No sorry no nothing. Just dropped my order in the front and dipped.

  Mess up a food item occasionally, and out of Baja blast too frequently to be 5 stars, but it's one of the better taco bells I've been too. Inside theme makes me feel like I'm eating in a prison, so mostly just takeout.
