Not once have I seen that happen. Barely get acknowledge at the front counter when you ask they tell you it will be 10 minutes then 20 minutes later they start to make it.. Come on its a mobile order.

And it is only a seven minute drive. In the chicken burrito there was all vegetables and literally two pieces of chicken. It seriously isnt that hard - it really isnt - 2.2 overall stars is a little high for this place. Manager - do your job - good Lord the ineptness is insane.

We tried to call and complain and instead of offering us help because we were upset we got yelled at back and they want to use personal numbers to call us back after we complained. This store needs to find some new people to run it, of course im going to call and complain about my food after paying $25 for it
