- JMJonathan MateiAug 30, 20252.0On August 30, 2025, I went in for a sandwich and as the sandwich artist was putting the green peppers in my sandwich, I found a sticker on the green pepper and they should have removed that I’m not sure who opened the store that day but they should have inspected and removed all the stickers before cutting the vegetables That could get someone very sick please inspect your sandwiches and make sure that the people who open the store remove the stickers and wash the vegetables
- VOVictor OlveraAug 25, 20251.0Ordered 4 footlocker cookies and went to pick them up but when I got to the store I was informed they didn't have them and when I asked for refund or to cancel transaction I was told I would have to call back in the morning to talk to a manager. Upon calling back, was told that I would have to go thru corporate with which there is an endless loop of questions and absolutely no way to talk to an actual person. Absolutely ZERO customer service and really feel like they're trying to fatigue everyone into just giving up. Never again will I order from them!! Also you can't leave a message at the store because their voicemail is full. (probably all the complaints that aren't being listened to.)

I called and the store was having phone issues. He gave me his cell to call him back. I called and offered to remake. By then it was late so he offered me to come in the next morning and he would remake them. He did just that. I appreciate his effort going above and beyond. Great service is rare but you've found a gem in Jacob!

Two heated sandwiches, rang up our purchase and we were eating inside, total time 4 minutes! Nice job! When it was a bit slower, an employee came out and wiped down all the surfaces! This is an excellent Subway! We'll be back!
