If ALI hadn't been so great, we would've left just so we didn't have to hear the manager lose restraint. It was insane how she treated ALI. i Also want to mention Charley was also very kind and also tried to make our experience better due to the yelling mgr. GET CONTROL OF YOURSELF MGR ! YOU ARE DEALING WITH HUMAN BEINGS NOT ROBOTS !!! LEAD BY EXAMPLE NOT BRUTE FORCE
