I called in and asked for a manager because I thought my order was messed up by sending a pizza with the wrong crust. When I called in I realized, when Frank repeated my order back to me it was my mistake because my husband did order the crust they sent when I had thought he ordered a different kind. Frank was so kind to us and said that he appreciated that I was not rude to him and sometimes orders do get messed up and when people call they are so incredibly rude. He said because of how nice I was he was going to comp us a pizza in the future. He didn’t have to do that because there was no order mistake. It pays to be kind people!!! I don’t see why people are so rude when a mistake happens because if you call they are always willing to fix the problem. Frank is an amazing GM and I really appreciate him and his kindness. He definitely should be acknowledged for going above and beyond for his customers. And our pizza was really good!!! If you ever have a problem ask for Frank and be nice to him because he’s really really nice!!!

It is well worth the drive for us! Frank takes great pride in his pizza 🍕 & products & he’s one of the nicest human beings you’ll ever meet! He truly represents what Customer care and Management should be about. 😊👍
