  I refuse to order from here again I ordered a tuna sandwich that was absolutely covered in tuna wet and soggy and they expect me to just take a coupon voucher ? When it was multiple sandwiches? Then to drench my husband's to go salad with the aioli sauce instead of putting it on the side ? No one can eat their food? And a coupon is supposed to help ? Ya right

  The last several times I have ordered a full Caesar salad with chicken from this Panera they only fill the container half full. In addition, they make it protocol to also put the salad dressing into the container,. This causes them to put even less of the salad ingredients into the container - especially as in my case, I order extra dressing. I contacted the customer service line for Panera several times and have told him of this issue. I told them today when this happened that the store is not getting that information over to the them or the store manager is not addressing this Issue since it keeps happening.

  Meh service. If you do take out, make sure you get everything you paid for. I’ve come home to find out the order is missing the spoons for soup, baguettes, chips and once, a sandwich. Very frustrating.

  Ordered through mobile app a chipotle avocado melt. With no avocado. Tried to reach out to customer care no success.

  Paid for my food waited at the waiting area. The boy with the long hair working the kitchen was extremely nice and well spoken to the older couple that got their food before me. But I got the whole other side of the coin. He threw my bag on the counter high enough so it made a sound for me to look, made no eye contact, did not call out the order just threw my bag on the counter. After about 10 seconds of me standing there confused he looks up at me grabs my bag and throws it AGAIN further to the edge of the counter and said "your food" then completely ignored me again when I grabbed the food still giving him the benefit of the doubt and told him I hope he has a wonderful day. Continued to completely ignore me and start talking to his co worker. Do younger people not get treated with respect Panera bread only seniors? As someone that has trained staff consistently about customer service and the importance of it this was really a let down I expected better. I love Panera Bread but that was terrible and I would much rather drive a longer distance if it means I get some genuine customer service and not treated like I'm less than the customers before me. First and last time coming to this location.
