  Taylor, who took our order was so helpful and even suggested we combine our two orders into a pick two in order to save money. G was also helpful and said they would deliver our food even tho we were sitting outside. The person who delivered our food was so cheerful. The manager came out and picked up our dishes when we finished our meal. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely return. GREAT customer service!!

  Only ate from here because wife likes $12 sandwiches that cost $2 to make at home and I thought I’d try it again. Order half bbq chicken with half salad. The sandwich had about 2 teaspoons of chicken and a sprinkle of bbq sauce to match it, mostly bread, costs $8!! Come on Panera!!!!! Salad was good, had 3Xs more chicken for $7.

  I had received a delivery order that while hot caused the tulip cookie to melt. The journey it took for the food to get here was so long that the hot coco turned into ...coco. The soups was like a lukewarm swimming pool in 80 degrees weather. The wrap covering the sandwich was like a wet hug. Upon calling with sadness, because who wants their hot food cold, Manager Bea understood. She went above and beyond to take care of the matter at hand and with swiftness issued a fresh order to pick up. This was close to closing time. Yet Manager Bea did it anyways. How incredibly thoughtful. You made my night. Thank you Bea!

  The menu is extensive and you can order half or whole portions which is very nice. The service is excellent with plenty of parking available. The food is fabulous. I ordered half a Mediterranean salad and half a bowl of French onion soup. My friends ordered sandwiches and soup and they were impressed too. We got delicious sourdough bread too. I would highly recommend this restaurant. The prices are fair considering how much food is served. I wish I lived closer to any Panera location.

  I recently visited this Panera location and unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience because of the manager’s behavior toward staff.( He has curly brown hair) During my visit, I witnessed the manager loudly yelling at a younger employee who looked visibly uncomfortable and scared. The way he spoke to her felt extremely unprofessional and created an awkward, tense environment for everyone in the restaurant. I also overheard the manager making jokes toward some of the female employees that came across as inappropriate and unprofessional in a workplace setting. I hope upper management looks into this situation and works toward creating a more respectful and positive environment for both employees and guests.
