I ordered and bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. I got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit. I have had terrible experiences multiple times and today I had to leave a review. I tried to call and they don’t answer the phone. I’ve waited 30-40mins one visit for chicken strips and the woman at the window let me know they forgot about my order. The manager tried to get me to take the strips instead of a refund and I didn’t want them anymore. The wait times are consistently ridiculous.

Order ahead through app get passed over multiple times in the drive-through because the person taking orders doesn’t know how to switch between the lanes then told after having already paid that they are out of fries Not the first time I’ve had to wait a ridiculously long time but the first that I’ve had to wait just to have my order taken just for the person to not be able to get my order name right and tell me they were out of the thing I ordered. Website says to call if you have an issue called twice with no one answering the phone

Worst McDonalds ever. Every time I go there, l leave disappointed. Today I pull up to the drive thu and there is no customers there. I order 2 sausage McMuffins and pull up to the window. Waited there for 5 minutes, then an employee comes to the window and directs me to pull up to the next window. I wait for another 6 minutes. Then when I get my order, it’s not hot. Unbelievable

If I could give 0 stars I would, this is genuinely one of the worst McDonald’s in the Surprise area. The wait times are ridiculous, I’ve gone thru the drive and ended up waiting 25+ minutes for just a burger and fry?!?! They are always out of something, and the service is just terrible, I understand not liking your job but the customer service is just awful. They will always either forget something in your order you give a completely different order, A while back I went and they just completely forgot my entire order and I had to give them my receipt so they could actually make it after I had already been waiting for 20 minutes!!? I ended up waiting a total of 35 minutes for my food. It is not worth it to come to this McDonald’s , I will be going out of my way to drive farther just to go to a different location.

This has to be the worse Mc Donald's in the world. They had no straws and another time they didn't have cups and hamburgers patties. The drive thru line take so long to get thru anytime of day and night. The employees couldn't careless. Management does nothing about this location. Its been this way since day one. I can't wait for something opens nearby. Oh Tacobell is next they that place is busy but they are super fast there. Dont go to this location
