  I don’t expect much from McDonalds but to wait over 25 minutes (in the drive thru line) for a burger that wasn’t even fully cooked and cold fries is extremely disappointing.

  It's a new location and they have a long way to go to be up to standards of the mcds I know... Food wasn't fresh... Ask them to make whatever you order fresh. The kids working there are absolutely clueless, hope you don't have questions... If so talk to a manager for answers. Every time I've been to this location, they've messed up my order, had no clue how to make my coffee drink, even after I explained. If your having a bad day, go to a different location or your day will get worse coming here. Give them some time to figure it out. The kids need more supervision and training for sure.

  No refill station in dining room. I boycott all McDonald’s that do not have a soda fountain available for easy refills and so should everyone else.

  11:30pm. I work all around phx and have had many different locations of mcdonalds... this by far was my best order. Fries hot. Cheese melted. My hot n spicy was temp hot it burnt my mouth. People complaining about how their special order of extra crispy nuggets ( special order nuggets at McDonald's come on now ) probably held up the line and made other bad reviews. Its mcdonalds. Its fried. Its gonna be somewhat soggy. Sheeeeesh

  Terrible. Not many tables inside, most were dirty. Employees hard to find, not helpful, and overall slow. This is no longer fast food and tastes generic. For a new location, it was a great disappointment. Huge south windows with no shades on any of them. It's hot in there. No menu board. Mostly kiosk ordering, but the one we used the payment box didn't work, so we had to find an employee to pay at main register. Not a huge McDonald's fan, and this experience solidified it. I won't be back.
