  This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering subs. First time I had been there ordered 2 subs. The lady rang up my order didn't ask about what I wanted on them . I walked down where they were making my subs. One was already done I asked what he put on it. The one guy said everything. I said oh I didn't want mayo or tomato. The other guy walked over grabbed the sub threw it across the room to the trash. He then rattled off what they put on the subs I said no mayo no tomato. Just then the first guy I asked that was nice said no she said no mayo. He then throws them together wraps them up. My order was 55.00 for 2 subs and 2 brownies. Never again! Most places either ask do you want everything on them or make them as you tell them what on them. Awful service. I used to manage and own 3 Subways if my employees treated my customers that way it would have been their last shift.

  I ordered a Beach Club that only had 1 layer of turkey on it. I didnt taste the turkey just the veggies. Not worth the $20 I paid. I see in previous comments the owner says go to the website. The website responds and says go to the mgr of the store because this location is franchised. So, who is responsible for taking my money? Update...just left this store and the mgr said the sandwich is correct. Only 3 slices of turkey on a giant sub. The sub cost $18.59 and you only get 1 layer of turkey. I don't remember Jimmy John's sandwiches being like this.
