  They need training!!! I tried to go through drive thru. They were having issues becausenthey could not hear me so I when got inside the atore they were already having issues with the customer placing an order. When it was my turn the girl was polite but did not even know what button to push for the much 2 item special. She asked the manager and he hit the 3 item or she made it a 3 item one or the other. So I paid 1.00 more but they were dealing with issues so I told the manager I was overcharged and don't worry about it. He was happy not to worry about it lol. Anyhow I saw i got 2 slices of pizza instead of the 1 because they hit the wrong special. I liked the flavor and crust of the pizza. The sauce was just a little thick but tasted good. Was fresh and good pizza. The breadsticks were good. The house salad was a little underwhelming and small but was fresh and good

  The food tasted okay but after I got home it didn't settle right in my stomach and I woke up in the morning sick as death I had diarrhea and I threw up and I had to take the day off of work. I was feeling fine before I went into fazoli's. My girlfriend felt the same way she was sick as well. She feels like she's going to throw up do not eat here unless you want to get sick. I'm calling the health department

  I had a disappointing experience at this location. I requested no parmesan three separate times and was assured the dish didn't come with it. However, after a 25-minute wait, I was first given the wrong order, and then waited another 10 minutes only to receive a dish covered in parmesan anyway. While the food is a good value, the service was disorganized and my requests were ignored. They definitely need better attention to detail and improved communication in the kitchen.

  The chicken was tender, the breadsticks were very tasty, the Alfredo sauce needs some improvement. There were at least 15 employees and a manager all gathered upfront behind the counter and one person taking orders. Not one employee, including the manager could breakaway from their personal conversations, giggling and visiting to acknowledge us or take our order. They were gathered together and very loud. Not sure what their purpose was but it was extremely annoying. We had our order as a take out and we were given a number to wait for it. After a long wait, I went to check on it and the manager found it bagged up on the shelf for pickups. He gave it to me and I asked why they didn’t bring it to us and he said “Sorry about that” and whisked away. The manager is not much older than his employees. I suggest management training might be a good idea for him. He’s clearly not ready to supervise a group of teens. He’s just busy being their friend.. Not a good first impression.

  Pizza was old and cold, bread sticks were amazing but I like garlic seasoning, spaghetti was good, and don't offer the Italian donuts...bummed. Everything was hot minus the pizza, staff not well educated but very nice, charged me for the wrong but similar plate($1 more, no big deal), take out containers are awesome, did I mention the bread sticks and donuts? seemed like a lot of staff standing around at the cashiers counter. My two cents, don't sell pizza, educate your staff and bring in the donuts!
