I was worried about how my order would turn out but both Sofia and Ally checked on me to make sure I was taken care of. I mean really, where do you get service like that these days? At that point the food becomes just as important as the people serving it to you and the whole experience is just great!! The thing is, you can tell the staff is having fun and enjoy making the customers happy. Yea i will definitely be back. Thank you guys :)

The manager was so attentive; she welcomed, thanked us and threw in a special treat to make my wife's day, what more could you ask for? Will be back to see this Einstein Bagels again and again!

I’ve tried this spot over 15 times since it opened, but it’s consistently disappointing. I stopped going for months, gave it another shot yesterday morning, and instantly regretted it. Worst $5.12 I’ve spent in a while. The bagel was underdone (even after toasting), and there was barely any cheese on my Asiago cheese bagel. I’ve had the same problem with the six-cheese bagel too. It seems like whoever’s baking doesn’t actually like cheese bagels — or bagels in general. If you love bagels, skip this location. The quality just isn’t there.💩💩💩
