- RMRob M3 days ago1.0By far the worst experience I have ever had at a Dutch bros. Walked up with my daughter, 3 people ahead of me, no big deal, people want their coffee. While waiting to place my order, 3 additional people arrived. Before even acknowledging me, the person working the window decided to acknowledge every other person and prepare their orders since they were mobile orders. No “give me a moment, thank you for waiting, etc.” it took me 15 minutes to simply place my order. Don’t go to this location, go to one of the other 100+ in the valley.

There was only 1 car in line, who I'm assuming was the persons friend/fam that was taking orders. At first I didn't mind, but 3-5 minutes must've gone by and they were still talking so I decided to pull around and order at the walk up, since I didn't want to interrupt the conversation. It might be slow for y'all at certain times and your friends/fam want to stop and visit which I understand, but keeping someone in line just to hangout with your friends/fam without acknowledging a customer is straight up rude.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
