- CMCiara MagallanesNov 6, 20251.0I ordered a Holiday cookie freeze and it was super watery with no flavor. I went back to the location and asked if I could get my drink remade. The guy at the window was very helpful and I got a Hazelnut truffle mocha freeze instead. This drink has chunks of ice in it and is not blended very well. It also does not taste good at all.

Forget that they shut down one lane for app orders, and the employees like to park in the parking spot right in front of the actual line because we all know we can’t get behind the line or block the line. It’s like you were all trying to create a chaotic environment for these people and it did. I had two people coming up to my window asking me to move because they got their drinks before me in line wild. I’ll drive further if I wanna go to Dutch, but I won’t. Stickers won’t even bring me back or any other junk you try to give me now I don’t need it. Not one employee came to try to interject.

Only complaint is on multiple occasions I've either placed an online order or waiting to order and I'm standing at the pick up window for 15+ minutes making eye contact with employees before even being acknowledge me, meanwhile the drive through may be empty or are is getting serviced first although I've arrived before them. On sticker days some employees don't hand them out or offer stickers unless you specify

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
