- MMMelina2 days ago1.0Waited in drive through for over 15mins before deciding to get out of line and order at the window. The music was so loud I couldnt even hear what my daughter wanted to drink. Upon telling the barista her response was" yeah it's loud in here too". I ordered 3 drinks and a water. After another 15 minutes of waiting, I checked on my order status. I was told that 2 of my drinks were ready and was just waiting on the frozen shark attack. I asked for the 2 that were ready and another barista stopped the one at the window because the soft top and caramel drizzle was not on the drink. I asked for straws and the girl at the window seemed annoyed. I asked for a Bobby straw and her response se was "you need a Boba straw?" Yes because my frozen shark attack was ordered with Boba. When I finally received the shark attack I actually received a blue raspberry instead. Also did not get my water. Very disappointed. Waited over 30 mins only to not get what I ordered. If I could give 0 stats I would. Nothing was pleasant about this experience.

We check-in and have no problem waiting a little longer, but instead we have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes past the pickup time. There are people who order in person as we are waiting and they get their drink before us. Again, this is the second time this has happened. I understand it is busy, but it doesn't seem okay that people who order way after us get their drinks before, especially since I only ordered two drinks (sodas). When we talked to the worker about it just to understand why it it works out like this, their response was that it is the way it is. Not coming back to this location again.

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
