I've had very few experiences with customer service as good as the one I received tonight. I was moved by Cale's kindness, knowledge, and genuinely thoughtful communication. I was uninformed that my preferred drink was seasonal and no longer available. To my disappointment, I had lost my urge to purchase the beverage. Despite my disappointment, Cale showed excellent customer service in recommending a drink, despite my initial motive of continuing my day without ordering a drink due to my lack of knowledge of the menu, having newly moved to Arizona. This is what all mangers love to see in their employee's. I will happily be making this location my primary location for all my coffee needs. Thank you Cale!!!!

Next they had the wrong order. Finally had to pull in front to get it right. This is why tipping should NEVER be before goods and services are received. Not coming back here again.

I’ve told them I was there first and they just say that their order was already taken so their order will come out first and I understand that they don’t want to clog up the lines however they don’t have an intention to fix this issue. Why not just have one line for mobile orders like chic fil a where you can scan the barcode and the other line for ordering so no one really cuts the line

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
