Worst service i had experienced, first off all my wife and i ordered was 6 donuts and 2 sandwiches, got the donuts, and waited on the sandwiches that never came, we asked were the food is after over 20 minutes seeing to we were on lunch from work and had to get back, they said they made it already, and i told them i clearly didn’t get it…come to find out they gave it to someone else and decided not to tell us as if we would just leave without it…we demanded out money back and left…what a waste of a lunch, don’t go to the doubling donuts on Waddel rd in Surprise, Arizona
The counter people were nice but the cook spent his time making food and I waited for 20mins for my meal and never got it, I canceled the order because im not waiting for a SANDWICH and giving my food to another person. Focus on the drive thru and not accommodate for the people inside do better. Laziness is NOT good for ANY business. Or hire more people.

We ordered 2 coffees and 3 KIDS hot chocolates. The hot coffee we ordered was not even warm at all. The kids hot chocolates were scalding hot and flavorless. Like brown water. Waste of $20+

When I first started coming to this Dunkin, it was fine. But over time it’s become painfully obvious that the staff simply does not care. Customers are left sitting in line forever with zero acknowledgment no apology, no explanation, no sense of urgency. Just silence and attitude.
I have genuinely never experienced customer service this bad. There’s no “please,” no “thank you,” no basic human decency—just ugly, dismissive behavior from people who act annoyed that customers even exist. The assistant manager, in particular, seems completely incapable of problem-solving or leading a team, which explains a lot.
People spend their hard-earned money here, and it’s unbelievable how little respect that’s met with. This business quite literally survives because of customers, yet the staff behaves like everyone is an inconvenience. If this is the standard you’re willing to accept, it shows.
Do better because this is embarrassing. Will not return.
