  This location sucks and when you try to talk to them civilly they get aggressive and hang up on you. I’ll take my money elsewhere since it’s hard for them to understand what topping go where and also how to properly prepare wings. Maybe if the employees weren’t busy playing and on their phones the food would be accurate.

  costumer service is so horrible. who ever answers the phone, mumbles and catches an attitude when being asked to repeat what they said because it’s so hard to understand them. each time i’ve ordered at this location my pizzas were either wrong or the pizza is cold ??! like i don’t understand. ridiculous and so unprofessional. never AGAIN.

  I’m so sorry to make this and I usually never do but tonight was just ridiculous. So my father is old and has a hard time with orders, so I wrote down exactly what we get. A miscommunication happens (as they do) and the pizza got messed up. So he gets back home and I take a bite and it has the wrong sauce on it. I’m pregnant and I have a really really hard time with tomato sauce right now. I tell my dad I’m going to call them and see if there’s anything we can do about this cause I knew I wrote down everything and was confused about what happened. I explain the situation to the woman on the phone and she explained the miscommunication. Totally understandable but from what she explained I know my dad asked her for something and confused him. So I apologized for not being there with him and asked if there was anything we could do about this. She gets super mad at me on the phone huffing and puffing saying “I guess I could remake the pizza for you.” And continues to be pissed off until the phone call was ended. I apologized about 10 times because I understand it’s annoying but jeeze. I’ve been a server since 2018 and understand people are ridiculous but please be nice it’s a rough world right now. I’m gonna probably have my dad go to a different location from now on cause I’m embarrassed I even had to write this.

  Bell Road Store: The store manager took my call. The carry out pizza we picked up was sub par due to lacking the garlic crust seasoning, extra cheese, and cooked well done. I was met with her immediately making the following excuses: “the garlic crust tends to get forgotten”, “it was well done and would’ve been burnt if put back in”, “and I watched the cheese being put on”. I attempted to speak and was cut off each time. She ultimately stated I can get a credit. She was rude and abrasive. When I stated I would like to talk to her boss, she responded with “I am the boss”. For being a manager no less, her behavior and how she communicated is abhorrent and completely unacceptable. She definitely should not be speaking with customers until she receives adequate training in customer service.
