  Beware for Celiacs!! When I mentioned needing a gluten-free order, Sierra seemed annoyed. She sighed, washed her hands, and changed gloves, which I appreciated. However, when I asked that the utensils also be changed to avoid cross-contamination, she gave me pushback and seemed frustrated, even rolling her eyes a couple of times. It made the interaction uncomfortable, especially when asking for dietary accommodations. She appeared to be a manager based on her different attire, which made the response more surprising. Luckily, Carlie stepped in and took over. She was very sweet, asked questions, and handled the gluten-free order with care. I really appreciated her kindness and attention.

  i went in around 940pm there open til 11 no queso no rice, there were male staff in the corner talking to girls, customers the lady that helped me was nice but again you had to wait for everything as they were out. went to another chipotle same senerio out of all there items. as well. I ended up leaving both with no dinner I went somewhere else.

  Triple check your to go order. May need to even open it and cut it apart to see if you got what you ordered. This receipt clearly says guacamole but as you can see there is none in the burrito. Glad I paid for something I didn't get.

  Second time ordering pick up/delivery and have been so disappointed in the amount of food you get they hardly give you any food ..Your better off ordering in person but then you have to deal with the servers who hate working there who try to rush you when you order to get you out the door.. Overall this place has gone downhill very disappointing

  Absolutely the worst chipotle we’ve ever been to. The facility was dirty from the work surface to the cash register area to the soda machine to the lobby. The server had a total attitude of not wanting to be there…. From not speaking loud enough to not listening to what the customer was asking for and all done with absolutely no eye contact. She made our order to go when we said we wanted it for there. We ordered two drinks. She didn’t give us our 2 cups nor did she charge us for the two drinks. As we dined in, we watched this happen customer after customer. Both the steak and chicken were fatty and not edible. We left without finishing. We will not be returning.
