  I want to give a huge shoutout to our server, Tommy. Although he mentioned he was relatively new, he delivered an absolutely outstanding experience — hands down the best we’ve ever had at this location. Even during a very busy service, Tommy remained exceptionally calm, attentive, and professional. He was genuinely apologetic for the wait time, yet never rushed us or made us feel like we were an inconvenience. His composure and genuine care under pressure were truly impressive. Excellent job, Tommy! It’s because of team members like you that we’ll definitely be returning!! The beer and food was perfect!!

  This place has gone down hill! The pretzel bites were not cooked all the way through. Seems like they were only defrosted and served cold. Sent those back and they still tried to charge for them. The wings,traditional, have gone completely down hill. Get back to quality. Especially for what the customers are pay for!

  Update.. u write a review and send email hoping for some kinda resolution and they don't even respond to you with an apology or anyway to make it better. It was date night for me and hubby, we weren't having that great of a night to start off with but to go get a burger and have not that great of service didn't make it any better. So I get that its like fight night so busy busy so the wait time was expected, I think the organization you all have is not right. Your using parchment paper as a waiting list not taking cell numbers down or really keeping track of your customers. Our server was great his name is Tommy so very attentive and nice. Hostess was fine but the incident that led to this review not being so great was the fact that if your not taking numbers down then people shouldn't be able to leave and then come back once there name was called and crossed off already. My husband goes up to the hostess who gave our table away he starts to explain the situation and then she just disappears, a manager then comes out and starts to explain what is happening yes he found us a table but his attitude wasn't very professional. My husband explained that parchment paper maybe isn't a good tracking wait list and this manager says and I quote "well sir what would you prefer me to write it on" now yes I understand this sounds ok when reading but the tone in that man's voice was sarcasm and it was rude. Your bartenders need to learn how to make drinks better, I ordered sex on the beach I've heard that it the most easiest drink and your bartender couldn't make it. The burgers weren't the greatest they tasted pre frozen the fries were a little hard. Im not blaming any specific person I didn't like the way the manager made his smart ass remark and the way the hostess just kinda disappeared.
