We came to Blue Sushi tonight and waited for 20 minutes to be seated, which is normal, but then they tried to seat us in an enclosed deck that was freezing, while there were many open booths in the warm area. We asked to be moved to a booth and they said they couldn't but then moved the family that was right after us on the waiting list to a booth. We spoke with the manager and she absolutely could not care less. She gave us a lame excuse about balancing waiters, but in the meantime they seated 2 other parties at booths. She then told us we could get a booth if we went to the back of the wait list, which was now a 40 minute wait. We left and went to a different sushi joint nearby and it was delicious.

Main issue has been consistently poor service at the bar, regardless of bartender. Two out of two visits: slow. Bartender is slow to greet, slow to provide menus, slow to take order. Even when there were 2 bartenders, it was slow enough that we were looking for updates on our appetizers, which arrived only after we asked, and within minutes of our entrees. And tonight, it took 9 minutes before I had a menu, and it wasn't particularly busy. And another party had the same issue I had before - waiting on appetizers, getting them with entree. It's tough to recommend this place, but since there's limited local options, it's what we have.
