The reason I am indicating the time is so that in the event staff/ managers want to pull camera footage. My cashier was Crystal. I have never in my life had such a rude encounter. The line is full of people, so much so the lines are down isles. My items are on the belt, a customer was in front of me bagging her items. I am NO WHERE NEAR this customer or the debit machine. In fact I am near the candy in the isle. The cashier YELLS at me and tells me to back up or am I going to pay for this customers food. I can't back up their is a woman literally behind me. The customer in front looks at me, then at the cashier in such disbelief. Then says I am so sorry to me. Customer you have nothing to be sorry for. The cashier Crystal should be apologizing for her outburst. The gal behind me said WOW. I can't believe she just did that. Then as the customer in front is still finishing bagging her items. The cashiers yells at me again as she has started my items and said are you going to pay for this or stand there? How can I move if the customer in front is still bagging her items and her cart is in front of me. You just yelled at me and told me to back up. This is completely rude. I'm not the only one another customer was there complaining the same time I was about the same problem. You need to fix your app I'm not shopping there anymore.
