I asked again for help, she finally came over. Pushed a code into the scanner. I asked why that item was not in the system. She smarted off with “that the way we do things” and walked off. Very rude! I called the customer service for Albertsons' and spoke to some overseas centered lady. Told her my complaint. She said she would have someone from the store management call me back. That was weeks ago and nothing! No customer service at all. They lost a loyal customer!

It was centered around the fact that traffic was backed up for 4 miles in front of their store to the grand Ave and 303 traffic light.. I needed a meal and I decided to do a little shopping in the store I didn’t wanna get stuck in traffic for possibly a couple hours so I went into the store and made a purchase of a macaroni and cheese cold dish. I was willing to eat it at refrigerator temperature but decided to ask Randy at self checkout if you could assist me at all in store with a microwave that could heat up my product. Very kindly, he walked me over to a break room with Caleb and Alex were there and he asked the two of them if mthey could assist me in warming up my cold macaroni and cheese dish. Thank you, Randy thank you sir. It was nice of you to take the lead on this. You have been well trained, and my experience with you was one that I wouldn’t forget. And also Caleb and Alex, you’re very generous to spend some of your time with me making sure I had a warm dish to eat. Many many thank you to Albertsons You have trained your employees well, and they certainly took care of this customer on this day with the unprecedented traffic in the area. It’s not every day that you have traffic backed up for 4 miles at a traffic light Thank you, Randy self checkout for making this all happen

Most importantly, my store on Grand Avenue in Surprise has the BEST staff and customer service. Most recently I left my cellphone at the self checkout and I ran back to search for it. As soon as I got to the door, Randy was there with a smile and my phone. A while back, there was a woman in customer service (I forget her name) who gave me instructions on how to setup my account, along with helpful tips on using digital coupons and getting the best deals. Friendly, caring and knowledgeable team members make it a pleasure to shop here.
