  The girls at the shop are doing their best, especially considering the hour they open. The inside is sparse, but if you're looking to get a hot coffee and a quick but healthy bite, definitely a good place to go

  Went in this morning for my bagel and coffee and despite them having a line out the door the manager Alyssa made sure I got my order out fast and was very helpful despite being very busy . I will definitely be returning.

  I had such a great experience at Einstein thanks to Katie and Alyssa. Their customer service was honestly top-tier. From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. What really stood out was how well they knew the menu. They were able to answer my questions easily, give helpful recommendations, and made the whole ordering process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they actually care about the customers and take pride in what they do. It’s not every day you come across service like that. Katie and Alyssa made my visit feel personal and enjoyable, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of them. Highly recommend!
