  We just went through the drive-thru to get coffee and donuts. The coffee had no cream or sugar even though we ordered it. The donuts were smashed when you try to call the phone number it goes straight to hold. I would not recommend this Dunkin donuts.

  The employees have no sense of urgency. You’re working in a fast food code shop on a Saturday morning during prime time. You have to be moving constantly. The cook reminds me of the sloth in zootopia. The frustration of watching someone work that slow was crazy. The coffee was watery. The donuts were mediocre. The Dunkin off of 303/bell needs to come train these employees.

  3 worker and not a hello how can I help you. Waited 5 min before getting the Oder. They just kept looking at me. Sorry I’m not white cuz they talked to the man already here

  Worst service i had experienced, first off all my wife and i ordered was 6 donuts and 2 sandwiches, got the donuts, and waited on the sandwiches that never came, we asked were the food is after over 20 minutes seeing to we were on lunch from work and had to get back, they said they made it already, and i told them i clearly didn’t get it…come to find out they gave it to someone else and decided not to tell us as if we would just leave without it…we demanded out money back and left…what a waste of a lunch, don’t go to the doubling donuts on Waddel rd in Surprise, Arizona

  The counter people were nice but the cook spent his time making food and I waited for 20mins for my meal and never got it, I canceled the order because im not waiting for a SANDWICH and giving my food to another person. Focus on the drive thru and not accommodate for the people inside do better. Laziness is NOT good for ANY business. Or hire more people.
