  This is the worst chipotle. I asked for double meat and they only put a scoop worth. Then I ordered a kids 2 taco meal and they only give enough meat for one taco when there are two. When I mentioned it, they said it's because they only allowed to give 4 oz. Which is fine, but what they have me wasn't even 4oz. It's more likely they didn't have anymore meat and they just gave me the scraps. They didn't even give me the option for me to wait so they can make a fresh batch. At other locations, I never had to ask for more. They give out the correct portions or they'll make me a fresh batch. At this point there is no point in arguing with them. I'm just not going to go back. I'd rather drive the couple extra miles for fresh food, better portions and service. Save your time and money.

  I see lots of people saying this location is not the best… I disagree, every time I have come into this location I’m always greeted, they always make sure I get the amount of food I want (without it being extra) and the steak is always on point! I don’t know if I’ve had better steak at a chipotle in AZ! So while some people are being hard on this location I actually couldn’t ask anything more of the staff that I’ve encountered! (In the afternoons) keep up the good work and I’m going to continue to drive the extra mile just to get my lunch here!

  This Chipotle is way too cold. Do yourself a favor and turn the ac to a tolerable temperature. Also the music is too loud. I couldn't hear the staff and they couldn't hear me. I wanted to dine in but no. I don't want to say never but the next time I won't stay if nothing has changed. You have total control of both these things.

  The employee, Jacinda, that works at this specific location is AMAZING and everything that someone who works in customer service should be!!! I am not kidding when I say I will come back to this Chipotle just for her! When there was a small issue with my food, Jacinda was the person who answered the phone and was so sweet and awesome at accommodating me and making sure I was well taken care of! This girl has 5 star customer service and needs a raise or higher position in the company ASAP! Thank you Jacinda and Chipotle for being the best and hiring amazing people!!!

  During our recent visit, staff appeared unprofessional and unwilling to restock ingredients. Instead of communicating properly with customers, we were simply told they were out of multiple items. One server, Ameer, seemed distracted and more focused on socializing and flirting than on his job responsibilities, which affected the overall service experience. When we politely asked whether sour cream was available, staff responded with attitude rather than assistance. Unfortunately, this is not the first time we have experienced issues at this restaurant. On prior visits, the location has effectively stopped serving customers up to an hour before the posted closing time, while employees were visibly sitting around instead of helping guests.
