  I visited this Chipotle location tonight and had a disappointing experience overall, mainly due to the lack of teamwork among the staff. Most of the employees were gathered together talking and not paying attention to customers, while one employee was left to handle everything on her own. I later learned her name is Pamela (she goes by Pam), and she was the only one actively helping customers the entire time I was there. Despite being clearly overwhelmed, she maintained a positive attitude and continued to serve everyone with a smile. I was there for quite a while, and she never once seemed to lose her composure or kindness. It was honestly hard to watch the situation. Her coworkers appeared to be chatting with someone they knew instead of doing their jobs, leaving Pam to carry the entire workload. I even approached her to let her know how much I appreciated her effort and how unfair the situation seemed. What made things worse was when her shift appeared to end around 8:00 PM. She got food and tried to pay, but the same coworkers ignored her at the register, making her wait even as a customer herself. This occurred today (04/03/26) between approximately 7:20–8:15 PM. Management should seriously review what happened during this time. Pam deserves recognition for her hard work and professionalism—she’s exactly the kind of employee you want representing your business. Honestly, she deserves a raise or a leadership role. Chipotle, please do better when it comes to teamwork and accountability.

  Pretty good experience today. If I asked for extra something they gave me extra instead of a little bit, every associate smiled at me and seemed polite. The food was also fire as usual. Thanks and great job guys! 🙏

  Went last night. Not sure what happened to this place. Must be the management based on how most service was acting. Overall the experience was VERY poor. First thing, and most important - I saw the grill scraper that they use to grill the meats on, was LYING ON THE FLOOR, it was there for a while too, and the cook guy just picked it up and placed it back on the rack like he was just going to get back to using it in a minute. You can probably see it on video from yesterday (2/10 at around 6:30 pm). Who would think to do something like that?!? I was just glad that the meat I got was before that incident, and then when I got home I thought about it more and wondered if this is just the way this cook operates and got that myself. Very bad very bad. Next thing was absolutely no greeting at all. I even just said 'Hi how's it going?' and the tortilla guy looked away as if to search for something interesting and couldn't find anything, and then looked back at me and said 'What'd you want?' in an annoyed tone. Then the guy that puts the addons and rolls the burrito had the tortilla rip so he asked the rude tortilla guy for another tortilla, but the tortilla guy was busy eating the steak that was just cooked out of a small bowl, so he had to go over to heat up a tortilla himself. Just crazy...coming from management, there is absolutely no way I would allow this. What is going on there?!? **Update** Owner of this Chipotle asked to send anything to Chipotle customer support. Here was their response: 'Thank you for reaching out to Chipotle Customer Care. We're always looking to make things right. I’m sorry about the recent experience with your visit. We take food safety and hygiene extremely seriously, and I understand how upsetting it must be to witness practices that fall short of our standards. Let me know if you need further assistance. It looks like an Ai generated general response. You can see the downfall of this business in real time...this doesn't have to do with Chipotle as a 'whole'...these are simple things you have to and can remedy in your specific location.
