Where it regularly gets to be 110+ for months at a time. And all of the seating is metal. Like, seriously, what were they thinking? I’ll never be back.
- AAArgentinaMar 12, 20261.0My order (a drink) was served to me with a dash of attitude and a sprinkle of sarcasm. Put in my drink order through the mobile app, thinking the line would be a bit quicker than ordering w/ a staff member, not the case. This was the 3rd and final time I tried the mobile ordering line. Staff was working pretty hard at getting the regular drive-thru line in/out, however the mobile app drive-thru cars just sat there and waited and waited. I noticed the cars behind me get their orders again, we all sat there for another few minutes. My drink order still hadn't came out so I finally drove up past the line where it states to wait and let the girl know I just had one drink. She went to get my drink, came back and said nothing. I then asked if going through the regular drive-through line would be quicker that maybe I should try that one next time. She then gave me a sarcastic remark and walked away. I will stick to the Bell/Grand location...
