First we were told 9:00 PM, then the manager said 8:45 PM. No signage when we entered, only posted as we were leaving. Frustrating and disappointing experience. We won’t be back.

We got our dine-in order in under 5 minutes after scanning the QR code. The Chick-Fil-A employee that brought the food said he forgot our drinks and would go grab them. After waiting for a bit, we had to go grab them ourselves. On this visit, which we do come here often, there was food on the ground on the inside of the restaurant and it didn’t seem as clean.

Received order at 8:05pm so meeting started late. No apology from team or manager. Just told that the system did not push my order through to kitchen?? Was told that when I get in the vicinity of the restaurant, the system pushes order to kitchen. The pickup station was incredibly backup with at least Door Dashers waiting on late orders. Crew was super stressed out. Never seen that in a Chick-fil-A location. Food ok. Service not good. Atmosphere terrible. No apology, no smiles, way too much stress for me

The drive-thru is always super fast, and I often stop by for a quick breakfast—the service is consistently amazing. Recently, we’ve been dining in more, and we’ve had the chance to get to know Thomas. He is incredibly friendly and always goes out of his way to make our visits enjoyable. He’s attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about the customers. Thomas is honestly a big reason we keep coming back to this Chick-fil-A in Surprise. The whole team is great, but he really stands out. Highly recommend this location!
