  Where do I begin? Clearly like most, we have all been to a Subway before. To be honest, does anybody really have high expectations when going to a Subway. Never in my life have I ever left a review for a Subway but my experience was like no other in almost 40-50 years. Walked in on Saturday 3/7/26 around 2pm and ordered the 6" daily special meal ($6.99) + Make it 12" it for +$3.00. 2 women working were seemingly moving slow and lost behind the counter, but not the end of the world. I order the daily special. Woman needs to turn around look up at the menu to figure out what it was. OK a little weird. Proceeds to make a sandwich including tearing some of the meat in half to spread it out and make it fit a 12" sandwich. Or weird too, but again I have low expectations and apparently this store likes spreading 3/4 of the typical meat on a footlong. Then we go to the dressings. Horrible portions that were embarrassingly skimpy. We get through that which now amounts to clearly the weakest looking Subway sandwich I have ever had at a Subway. Again I can get over it. Go to pay and the woman says $13.07... I look at the menu promo board and point out that the math is wrong and it should be around $10.00. Her immediate response without turning to look was, "I work here and know what I am doing. I made your sandwich and I know what it is and how much it costs." So at that point I simply give up and pay looking to get out of there. Rings up my credit card and then she starts to walk away. I ask as she is walking away "What size cup do I get?" She looks at me and says "You don't get one. You just paid for a sandwich." WHAT???!!!! No, I wanted the daily special. Her response "Well it is too late for that, you already paid and I rung you up for just a sandwich and I can't issue a refund. You can purchase a drink (about another $3.00) if you want." So if you are keeping track 12" meal (chips and drink) $10.00. I pay for the same 12" sandwich for $13.00 and get no drink and am told too bad nothing they can do and that I shouldn't have paid if I didn't like what they charged. Called today 3/11/26 to speak with the franchise owner about all this and they wouldn't give me the number. So now I suppose we can all read about it online. For what it is worth (Served by 1817 on 3/7/2026 2:22pm) Receipt says dine in, but it was takeout.

  We thought this was a really good Subway branch. In particular, the manager Alex was extremely nice and made our sandwiches with extra care. Really nice guy! Thank you.

  It's 1:00 am in the morning. All the lights are on and the sign in the window says there open? Yet nobody is there?

  Came in around 8:00 PM — a full hour before closing. The store was completely empty. No customers. Just two employees: one making sandwiches and the other doing absolutely nothing useful in the back. We ordered 5 sandwiches — and before anyone clutches pearls, FOUR of them were 6-inch subs. So yes, barely half sandwiches. This is not some massive catering order. Yet we were told that “large orders like that need to be ordered online,” though she’d “do it anyway.” Nothing is posted anywhere about this policy. No sign, no notice, nothing. The excuse? The manager “just decided” that’s how they’re doing it now. Interesting, because I’ve been here plenty of times and have never once had an issue ordering in person, especially with an empty store and an hour left until closing. I’m honestly appalled. If making 4 half sandwiches and 1 full sandwich is too much to handle, then maybe the issue isn’t the customer — it’s the staffing and management. Don’t spring made-up rules on people and act like we’re the problem. Extremely unprofessional.

  Johnny made one heck of an Italian footlong sandwich today. It was delicious he was pleasant and the cookies were not too sweet I enjoyed it so much. It was very clean in there and everything tasted very fresh. I was impressed and I do not impress easimy only hope is that when I go back again it is of the same quality
