  Newer and very small Taco Bell. As you walk in, you will immediately smell sewer gases, there is a leak somewhere and it’s very very gross. This location only prioritizes the drive through, waited over 25 minutes for two Luxe boxes at 7PM on a Tuesday. Unreal.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. I was the only customer in the building, yet I waited 25 minutes for two burritos and a double decker (which they still managed to get wrong). While I waited, I watched them serve every single person in the drive-thru who ordered after me. Even worse, two employees who were off-shift but hanging out in the lobby got their food before I did. ​The hygiene was absolutely disgusting. The cashier went to the bathroom and did not wash his hands when he came out. He then went behind the counter, made himself food with those same hands, and walked right past me with it. The rest of the staff (a bunch of kids) were constantly touching their faces, hair, and aprons without ever changing their gloves. ​After making me wait 25 minutes, the guy had the nerve to offer me a free drink. I declined—who wants a 'free' drink after being ignored for a half hour while watching the staff break every health code in the book? This place is brand new, but it's already a disaster. Avoid at all costs.

  I ordered a pick up order around 4:25…it’s now 5:35 and I’m still sitting in the establishment waiting for my order. The employee said well you have a big order. That’s understandable but with that being said I placed the order over an hour ago. Unfortunately the inside isn’t the cleanliness & the employees seem like they’re not even there. I’ll choose a different location next time…..

  Ordered a 3 tacos locos supreme combo and came home to a taco supreme and a beef supreme Burrito. Burrito was actually a bean and cheese and the taco was cold and stale. I will continue to frequent the queen creek rd location as this place can even serve the lone customer in line. How do you get an order wrong twice in one go? Screen this place.

  Ordered 3 beans burritos with EXTRA red sauce and received them very quickly, however they had NO sauce. Which sucks because I paid extra -.-
